These "Speetz Terms of Use" (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") are concluded between Prime IT Software and Consulting Limited Company ("Company") and all individual and corporate users ("User") who use the Speetz mobile application ("Application") in any way. This Agreement regulates all rights and obligations regarding the use of the Application. Downloading, installing, creating an account, or visiting and using the Application signifies that the User declares and undertakes to have read, understood, and fully accepted this Agreement.
The Company provides various digital services to its users, such as social interaction, content sharing, and event organization. The Company reserves the right to modify, update, or terminate the scope, nature, and duration of the services provided, subject to prior notice.
The User agrees and undertakes to use the Application only for legal purposes compliant with the laws of the Republic of Turkey and the legislation of the user's country of residence.
The User is obliged to provide complete, accurate, up-to-date, and truthful information when creating an account or updating profile information. The User is solely responsible for all legal and criminal liability arising from the use of misleading, incorrect, or information belonging to another person.
The User is solely responsible for all text, images, videos, comments, and other content ("User Content") that they share, publish, or transmit through the Application. The User guarantees that the User Content does not infringe upon third parties' intellectual property rights, personal rights, trade secrets, or constitute any illegal activity.
After the account creation process is completed, a unique account ("Account") is assigned to the User. The User is primarily responsible for ensuring Account security (password, authentication, etc.) and for all transactions and activities conducted through their Account.
The User cannot transfer, rent, or make their Account available to third parties in any way.
The User has the right to request permanent deletion of their Account. The account deletion process terminates the User's contractual relationship with the Company, subject to the provisions of this Agreement that remain valid even after deletion.
Users may not engage in the following activities:
Damaging, interfering with the Application's infrastructure, software, or security systems, applying reverse engineering, disrupting the service or collecting data using bots, viruses, trojan horses, malicious code, or similar methods.
Gaining or attempting to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts.
Distributing spam, chain mail, unsolicited commercial messages, or misleading information (disinformation); creating fake or multiple accounts.
Sharing hate speech, incitement to violence, racism, sexual harassment, exploitation of minors, or any illegal content.
Infringing upon third parties' intellectual property rights such as copyright, trademark, patent, or privacy rights.
All proprietary rights related to the Speetz Application, including the user interface, logo, trademark, database structure, software code, and content, belong to the Company or its licensors. The User is granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, simple usage license to use the Application for personal and non-commercial purposes.
While ownership of the User Content remains with the User, by sharing this content on the Application, the User grants the Company a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, sub-licensable license to use, store, reproduce, modify, publicly display, and distribute this content for the purposes of operating, developing, promoting, and providing the Application's services.
The Company does not warrant or guarantee that the Application will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from viruses. Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
The Company shall not be held liable, unless legally mandatory, for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from User Content or the conduct of third parties.
The Company does not agree to be a party to disputes that may arise between Users or between a User and a third party and is in no way responsible for these disputes.
This Agreement enters into force upon the User starting to use the Application.
In case the User violates the provisions of this Agreement, the Company may suspend the User's access to the Application temporarily or permanently, or delete the Account entirely, without any notice.
The Company reserves the right to amend this Agreement at any time. The updated Agreement enters into force on the date it is announced within the Application or on the Company's website. Continued use of the Application after the changes signifies your acceptance of the updated terms.
