Speetz Child Safety Standards

Speetz (com.primeit.champspin) by Prime IT Bilişim Hizmetleri is committed to protecting children and strictly prohibits any form of Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) and Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM).

1. Zero-Tolerance Policy

Speetz does not host, distribute, promote, or facilitate any CSAE or CSAM content. Any detected CSAE/CSAM material will be removed immediately and reported to the relevant law enforcement authorities.

2. Scope & Definitions

CSAE: Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation. CSAM: Child Sexual Abuse Material. This policy covers any content, user behavior, or communications that depict or facilitate sexual exploitation or abuse of minors.

3. Reporting Channels

• In-app reporting: Users can report content, profiles, or messages directly via the in-app Report / Şikayet Et option available on profiles, chats and content menus. In-app reports are routed to our moderation queue automatically.
• Direct contact: For urgent or additional reports, contact our Child Safety Officer (details below).
• Email: Send reports to cagla.ersizer@primeit.com.tr.

4. Response & Escalation

All reports are treated confidentially. We review in-app and email reports within 24–48 hours. If content or behaviour violates our standards, we remove the content, suspend or terminate accounts as necessary, preserve forensic logs, and escalate to law enforcement when required.

5. Prevention & Moderation

We employ a combination of automated detection, human moderation, and user reporting to identify and remove CSAE/CSAM. Our moderation staff receive training on child safety and legal obligations.

6. Cooperation with Authorities

Prime IT cooperates fully with law enforcement and regulatory authorities, providing preserved logs and evidence when legally requested.
